Who should you report all accidents to?
Report ALL accidents to your teacher immediately, no matter how small or minor.
How should you clean up SOLID spills?
Clean SOLID spills with a dry paper towel or dustpan and broom
How should you clean up LIQUID spills?
Liquid spills should be wiped with a sponge or mop and plenty of water.
How should minor skin burns be treated?
Minor skin burns should be placed under cold running water.

MOST liquids down the sink (flushed with lots of water).

Do not put anything especially solids or pieces of metal down the sink unless instructed to do so.
When the lab is ended it, what should be done with the burners & gas?
Turn off all burners and check to make sure gas lines are off.
